The Role of Customer Care in Business Resilience
As a Business Institution, our goal in the communities we serve is not only to provide quality education to our clients but to also give free knowledge that our communities can use to positively affect their businesses and lives in terms of business growth, and personal well-being. This is done through our ONLINE WEBINAR SERIES.
For this webinar, we are looking at the theme of BUSINESS RESILIENCE and the second topic of discussion is THE ROLE OF CUSTOMER CARE. We invite experienced and successful people from our community who have had success in the field of business and management, to share with us their experiences and advice.
For this episode, we invited Mr. Tondo Thomas the Operations Manager of UMEME to share with us his experience and advice. UMEME is Uganda’s main electricity distribution company that has been in operation for over 20 years distributing over 97% of all electricity in the country. Given this coverage, UMEME has thousands, if not millions of clients who reach out to their offices every day with various needs.
Also on the call was Prof. Waswa Balunywa the Principal of Makerere University Business School to deliver the Keynote address, and also his experience and advice as well.
